131. Possession of fireworks etc at sports grounds.

A person who has an explosive article or substance1, or firework2, in his possession either at any time during the period of a designated sporting event3 when he is in any area of a designated sports ground4 from which the event may be directly viewed5, or while entering or trying to enter a designated sports ground at any time during the period of a designated sporting event at the ground
