75. Pay.

All contracts of employment in England and Wales are treated as including a sex equality clause, the effect of which is that where a woman is employed on like work, work rated as equivalent, or work of equal value to that of a man in the same employment, and a term of her contract of employment is or becomes less favourable then a similar term in a man's contract, her contract is modified so as to be no less favourable than that of her comparator
