While a general safety certificate1 is in force in relation to a sports ground2, the following statutory provisions do not apply to that sports ground3:
(1) statutory provisions4 relating to the safety of platforms, etc erected or used on public occasions5;
(2) statutory provisions6 relating to public health requirements as to building exits7; and
(3) any provision of a local Act in so far as it relates to any matter in relation to which requirements are imposed by the terms and conditions of the safety certificate8.
