If an event organiser controls the land on which a sporting event takes place, it will be possible to control those individuals permitted access to the land to watch the event, which means that the event organiser is in a position to permit access to a camera crew from its television broadcast licensee and/or a commentary team from its radio broadcast licensee, and to ensure their exclusivity by forbidding access to any other camera crew or broadcast team
