If when dealing with a person1 for one or more offences the court:
(1) imposes a custodial sentence2;
(2) imposes a suspended sentence of imprisonment3;
(3) imposes a fine4;
(4) makes a youth rehabilitation order5;
(5) makes a referral order6;
(6) makes a community order7;
(7) conditionally discharges8 the person9, or
(8) imposes a sentence of imprisonment or detention in a young offender institution, or imposes a sentence of imprisonment or custody for life
