A criminal behaviour order1 may be varied or discharged by the court which made it2 on the application of the offender3 or the prosecution4. The power to vary an order includes power to include an additional prohibition or requirement in the order5 or to extend the period for which a prohibition or requirement has effect6.
If an application by the offender is dismissed, he may make no further application without the consent of the court which made the order
