A relevant offender1 who intends to leave the United Kingdom2 must give, before he leaves, a notification3 disclosing the date on which he will leave the United Kingdom4 and the country (or, if there is more than one, the first country) to which he will travel and his point of arrival5 in that country6. The notification must also disclose (where he holds such information):
(1) where the offender intends to travel to more than one country outside the United Kingdom, his intended point of arrival in each such additional country7;
