157. The referral conditions.

The compulsory referral conditions¹ are satisfied in relation to an offence if the offence is punishable with imprisonment and the offender²:

(1) pleaded guilty to the offence and to any connected offence³; and
(2) has never been convicted by or before a court in the United Kingdom⁴ of any offence other than the offence and any connected offence or convicted by or before a court in another member state of any offence
