159. The effect of referral orders on the court's other sentencing powers.

Where a court makes a referral order in respect of an offence¹:

   (1)     the court may not deal with the offender for the offence by²:

      (a)     imposing a sentence which consists of or includes a youth rehabilitation order³ on the offender⁴;

      (b)     ordering him to pay a fine⁵;

   3.  

      (c)     making an order⁶ requiring the offender to attend meetings in connection with a prostitution offence⁷;

      (d)     making a reparation order⁸ in respect of him⁹; or

   5.  

      (e)     making an order discharging him conditionally¹⁰;
