Where a court makes a referral order in respect of an offence1:
(1) the court may not deal with the offender for the offence by2:
(a) imposing a sentence which consists of or includes a youth rehabilitation order3 on the offender4;
(b) ordering him to pay a fine5;
(c) making an order6 requiring the offender to attend meetings in connection with a prostitution offence7;
(d) making a reparation order8 in respect of him9; or
(e) making an order discharging him conditionally10;
(2) the court:
(a) must, in respect of any connected offence11, either sentence the offender by making a
