A 'supervision requirement', in relation to a supervision order1, means a requirement that the defaulter attend appointments2 with the responsible officer3 or another person decided by the responsible officer4, at whatever times and places the responsible officer instructs5. The 'responsible officer', in relation to a supervision order, means:
(1) in general, the member of the youth offending team6 for the time being specified in the order who is for the time being responsible for discharging the relevant functions7 on the responsible officer8; and
(2) in a case where the order imposes a curfew requirement9 and an electronic monitoring requirement10,
