321. Supervision.

A criminal behaviour order that includes a requirement1 must specify the person2 who is to be responsible for supervising compliance with the requirement3. It is the duty of such a person to make any necessary arrangements in connection with the requirements for which the person has responsibility4, to promote the offender's compliance with those requirements5, and, if he considers that the offender has complied with all such requirements6 or has failed to comply with a requirement7, to inform the prosecution and the appropriate chief officer of police
