194. Statement of information, and defendant's response.

If the court is proceeding under the provisions relating to the making of a confiscation order1 in a case where the prosecutor asks the court so to proceed2, the prosecutor must give the court a statement of information within the period the court orders3.

If the court is proceeding under the provisions relating to the making of a confiscation order in a case where it believes it appropriate to do so4, and it orders the prosecutor to give it a statement of information, the prosecutor must give it such a statement within the period the court orders5.

If the prosecutor believes
