24A. Specified terrorism offences

The specified terrorism offences for the purposes of the statutory provisions dealing with the sentencing of dangerous offenders1 are:

  1.  

    (1)     membership of a proscribed organisation2;

  2.  

    (2)     inviting support for a proscribed organisation3;

  3.  

    (3)     weapons training4;

  4.  

    (4)     directing a terrorist organisation5;

  5.  

    (5)     possession of article for terrorist purposes6;

  6.  

    (6)     collection of information likely to be of use to a terrorist7;

  7.  

    (7)     publishing information about members of the armed forces8;

  8.  

    (8)     entering or remaining in a designated area9;

  9.  

    (9)     inciting terrorism overseas10;

  10.  

    (10)     use of nuclear weapons11;

  11.  

    (11)     assisting or inducing certain weapons-related acts overseas12;
