430. Revocation of permits to return.

The Secretary of State may revoke a permit to return¹ issued to an individual² only if:

(1) the permit to return has been issued on an application by the individual³ and the individual asks the Secretary of State to revoke it⁴;
(2) the permit to return has been issued in a deportation case⁵ and the Secretary of State no longer considers that the individual is to be deported to the United Kingdom⁶;
(3) the permit to return has been issued because of the urgency of the situation⁷
