Where an individual who is subject to a temporary exclusion order1 is in the United Kingdom2 he may apply to the High Court to review a decision to impose3 any of the permitted obligations on the individual4.
On such a review of a decision the court may either:
(1) quash the permitted obligation in question5;
(2) if that is the only permitted obligation imposed by the notice, quash the notice6; or
(3) directions to the Secretary of State for, or in relation to, the variation of the notice so far as it relates to that permitted obligation7 or, if that
