A community order or suspended sentence order1 imposing a drug rehabilitation requirement2 may (and must if the treatment and testing period is more than 12 months3):
(1) provide for the requirement to be reviewed periodically at intervals of not less than one month4;
(2) provide for each review of the requirement to be made5 at a hearing held for the purpose by the court responsible for the order (a 'review hearing')6;
(3) require the offender to attend each review hearing7;
(4) provide for an officer of a provider of probation services to make to the court responsible for the
