Where a court makes an order1 appointing an enforcement receiver in respect of any realisable property2:
(1) no distress may be levied against the property, and the statutory procedure for taking control of goods3 may not be exercised, except with the leave of the Crown Court and subject to any terms the Crown Court may impose4; and
