Community orders and suspended sentence orders are required to specify one or more requirements with which the offender is required to comply for the duration of the order or (where applicable) during the non-custodial element of the term1. The requirements which may be specified for the purposes of these orders are:
(1) an alcohol treatment requirement2;
(2) a curfew requirement3;
(3) a drug rehabilitation requirement4;
(4) an exclusion requirement5;
(5) a foreign travel prohibition requirement6;
(6) a mental health treatment requirement7;
(7) a programme requirement8;
