48. Requirements which may be imposed.

A community order1 may impose on the offender any one or more2 of the following requirements3:

  1.  

    (1)     an unpaid work requirement4;

  2.  

    (2)     a rehabilitation activity requirement5; and

  3.  

    (3)     a programme requirement6;

  4.  

    (4)     a prohibited activity requirement7;

  5.  

    (5)     a curfew requirement8;

  6.  

    (6)     an exclusion requirement9;

  7.  

    (7)     a residence requirement10;

  8.  

    (8)     a foreign travel prohibition requirement11;

  9.  

    (9)     a mental health treatment requirement12;

  10.  

    (10)     a drug rehabilitation requirement13;

  11.  

    (11)     an alcohol treatment requirement14;

  12.  

    (12)     in a case where the offender is aged under 2515, an attendance centre requirement16;

  13.  

    (13)     as from a day to be appointed, an alcohol abstinence and monitoring requirement17;
