347. Requirements of banning order.

A football banning order¹ must:

1.  

   (1)     require the person subject to the order to report initially at a police station specified in the order within five days beginning with the day upon which the order is made²;

2.  

   (2)     require the person subject to the order to give notification of specified events³ to the enforcing authority⁴; and

3.  

   (3)     impose a requirement as to the surrender⁵, in connection with regulated football matches⁶ outside the United Kingdom, of the passport of the person subject to the order⁷.

A banning order may also, if the court making the order thinks fit, impose additional requirements
