A football banning order1 must:
(1) require the person subject to the order to report initially at a police station specified in the order within five days beginning with the day upon which the order is made2;
(2) require the person subject to the order to give notification of specified events3 to the enforcing authority4; and
(3) impose a requirement as to the surrender5, in connection with regulated football matches6 outside the United Kingdom, of the passport of the person subject to the order7.
A banning order may also, if the court making the order thinks fit, impose additional requirements
