A person's registration in the register of countersignatories1 is conditional upon the provision of information reasonably required in order to consider the continuing eligibility and suitability of registered persons and the eligibility and suitability of applicants for registered person status2. DBS may refuse to include a person in the register if it appears to it that the registration of that person is likely to make it possible for information to become available to an individual who, in DBS's opinion, is not a suitable person to have access to that information3, and may remove a person from the register if
