If it appears to the Attorney General that the sentencing1 of a person in a proceeding2 in the Crown Court has been unduly lenient3 and that the case in question is one that is susceptible to review4 he may, with the leave of the Court of Appeal, refer the case to the court for it to review the sentencing of that person
