The rehabilitation period for a sentence1 is the period beginning with the date of the conviction2 in respect of which the sentence is imposed3 and ending at the time specified in relation to that sentence4. Where only one sentence is imposed in respect of a conviction, not being a sentence excluded from rehabilitation5, the rehabilitation period applicable to the conviction is the period applicable6 to that sentence7.
