If a person, having been removed from prison1, is removed from the United Kingdom2 but then enters the United Kingdom3:
(1) he is liable to be detained in pursuance of his sentence from the time of his entry into the United Kingdom4;
(2) if no direction was given by the Parole Board5 before his removal from prison, the usual provisions that govern a life prisoner's release6 apply to him7;
