An accredited financial investigator:
(1) must not make an application under the provisions relating to: the making, discharge and variation of restraint orders1; the appointment and powers of management receivers2; or the discharge and variation of an order conferring a power on a receiver3;
(2) must not bring an appeal (or further appeal) in respect of the making or refusal of a restraint order4, or of the making or refusal of an order for the appointment of a management receiver or an enforcement receiver or of an order conferring a power on such a receiver5,
