A 'sexual harm prevention order' is an order which, for the purpose of:
(1) protecting the public1 or any particular members of the public from sexual harm2 from the defendant3; or
(2) protecting children4 or vulnerable adults5 generally, or any particular children or vulnerable adults, from sexual harm from the defendant outside the United Kingdom6,
(3) prohibits the offender from doing anything described in the order7. A sexual harm prevention order may be made in respect of a person either where the court is dealing with him in relation to an applicable offence8 or on the application of the
