483. Purpose of injunctions.

The court1 may, pursuant to the prevention of gang-related2 violence3 or drug-dealing activity4, grant an injunction for either or both of the purposes of:

  1.  

    (1)     prohibiting the respondent5 from doing anything described in the injunction6; or

  2.  

    (2)     requiring the respondent to do anything described in the injunction7.

The prohibitions included in such an injunction may, in particular, have the effect of prohibiting the respondent from:

  1.  

    (a)     being in a particular place (which includes an area)8;

  2.  

    (b)     being with particular persons in a particular place9;

  3.  

    (c)     being in charge of a particular species of animal in a particular place10;

  4.  

    (d)     wearing
