A suspended sentence order1 that imposes one or more community requirements2 may (except in the case of an order imposing a drug rehabilitation requirement)3:
(1) provide for the order to be reviewed periodically at specified intervals4;
(2) provide for each review to be made5 at a hearing held for the purpose by the court responsible for the order6 (a 'review hearing')7;
(3) require the offender to attend each review hearing8; and
(4) provide for the an officer of a provider of probation services9 to make to the court responsible for the order, before each review, a report on the
