252. Protection.

If a management receiver1 or an enforcement receiver2:

  1.  

    (1)     takes action in relation to property which is not realisable property3;

  2.  

    (2)     would be entitled to take the action if it were realisable property4; and

  3.  

    (3)     believes on reasonable grounds that he is entitled to take the action
