The only prohibitions that may be included in a sexual risk order1 are those that are necessary for the stated purpose2. Prohibitions have effect either for a fixed period, specified in the order, of at least two years or until further order3: and the order may specify different periods for different prohibitions4.
An order may contain a 'prohibition on foreign travel', that is to say:
(1) a prohibition on travelling to any country outside the United Kingdom5 named or described in the order6;
(2) a prohibition on travelling to any country outside the United Kingdom other than a country named
