393. Prohibitions.

The only prohibitions that may be included in a sexual risk order¹ are those that are necessary for the stated purpose². Prohibitions have effect either for a fixed period, specified in the order, of at least two years or until further order³: and the order may specify different periods for different prohibitions⁴.

An order may contain a 'prohibition on foreign travel', that is to say:

1.  

   (1)     a prohibition on travelling to any country outside the United Kingdom⁵ named or described in the order⁶;

2.  

   (2)     a prohibition on travelling to any country outside the United Kingdom other than a country named
