331. Prohibitions.

The only prohibitions that may be included in a sexual harm prevention order1 are those that are necessary for the stated purpose2. Prohibitions have effect either for a fixed period, specified in the order, of at least five years3 or until further order4: the order may specify that some of its prohibitions have effect until further order and some for a fixed period5 and may specify different periods for different prohibitions6.

An order may contain a 'prohibition on foreign travel', that is to say:


    (1)     a prohibition on travelling to any country outside the United Kingdom
