118. Procedure where court convicting of further offence does not deal with suspended sentence.

If it appears to the Crown Court, where that court has jurisdiction¹ or to a justice of the peace having jurisdiction²:

(1) that an offender³ has been convicted in the United Kingdom⁴ of an offence committed during the operational period⁵ of a suspended sentence⁶; and
(2) that he has not been dealt with in respect of the suspended sentence⁷,

that court or justice may issue a summons requiring the offender to appear at the place and time specified in it, or a warrant for his arrest
