Where a youth rehabilitation order1 is made or amended2 so as to take effect in Northern Ireland the home court3 may exercise in relation to the order any power which it could exercise in relation to a corresponding order4 made by a court in Northern Ireland, by virtue of the legislation relating to such orders which has effect there, except the following:
(1) any power to discharge or revoke the order (other than a power to revoke the order where the offender5 has been convicted of a further offence and the court has imposed a custodial sentence)6;
