A justice of the peace may issue a warrant authorising a constable1 to enter premises for the purpose of assessing the risks posed by the relevant offender2 to which the warrant relates3 and to search the premises for that purpose4. The justice may issue such a warrant only on an application made by a senior police officer5 of the relevant force6 and only if the justice is satisfied that:
(1) the address of each set of premises specified in the application is an applicable address for these purposes
