A youth court1 may make a supervision order in respect of a person aged under 182 whom it is satisfied beyond reasonable doubt is in breach of a provision of an injunction3. This is an order imposing on that person one or more of a supervision requirement4, an activity requirement5 and a curfew requirement6, and such an order may be made only on the application of the person who applied for the injunction7.
