404. Persons in respect of whom violent offender orders may be made.

A violent offender order1 may be made in respect of a person aged 18 or over who has been2 convicted of a specified offence3, found not guilty of a specified offence by reason of insanity4 or found to be under a disability and to have done the act charged in respect of a specified offence5.
