If a detention and training order1 is in force in respect of an offender a court making a youth rehabilitation order2 in respect of that offender may order that it is to take effect3:
(1) when the period of supervision begins4 in relation to the detention and training order5; or
(2) on the expiry of the term of the detention and training order
