A person subject to (1) a stalking protection order (see para 370B) (other than one which replaces an interim stalking protection order (see para 370F), or (2) an interim stalking protection order, must, within the period of three days beginning with the date of service of the order, notify to the police the information set out in the Stalking Protection Act 2019 s 9(2): s 9(1).
