395. Notification.

A person in respect of whom a court makes a sexual risk order¹ or an interim sexual risk order² must³ (unless he is subject to the notification requirements⁴ on the date of service of the order) notify to the police his name⁵ and home address⁶. A person who is subject to a sexual risk order or an interim sexual risk order (but is not subject to the notification requirements)
