A 'travel restriction order' is an order which may be made in respect of a person who has been convicted of a drug-trafficking offence1. It prohibits the offender from leaving the United Kingdom2 at any time in the period which begins with the offender's release from custody3 and continues after that time for such period of not less than two years as may be specified in the order4.
