A serious crime prevention order1 against a body corporate, partnership or unincorporated association2 may authorise a law enforcement agency3 to enter into arrangements with a specified person4 or any person who falls within a specified description of persons5 to perform specified monitoring services6 or monitoring services of a specified description (an 'authorised monitor')7. A serious crime prevention order which provides for an authorised monitor may require any body corporate, partnership or unincorporated association which is the subject of the order
