372. Meaning of 'anti-social behaviour'.

For these purposes1 'anti-social behaviour' means:

  1.  

    (1)     conduct that has caused, or is likely to cause, harassment, alarm or distress to any person2;

  2.  

    (2)     conduct capable of causing housing-related3 nuisance or annoyance to any person4; or

  3.  

    (3)     (where an injunction5 is applied for by a housing provider6, a local authority7 or a chief officer of police
