A court may not make a youth rehabilitation order1 in respect of an offender2 who resides or will reside in Northern Ireland3 unless:
(1) the number of hours, days or months in respect of which any requirement of the order4 is imposed is no greater than the number of hours, days or months which may be imposed by a court in Northern Ireland in respect of a similar requirement in the order which the court proposes to specify5 as the corresponding order6; and
(2) suitable arrangements for the offender's supervision7 can be made by the Probation Board for Northern
