An 'unlawful profit order' is an order requiring a person who has been convicted of an offence of unlawfully sub-letting a dwelling house1, or an associated offence, to pay to his landlord2 an amount representing the profit made by him as a result of his conduct3. Orders may be made, on application or otherwise, by the court by or before which the offender is convicted
