736. Licence conditions imposed on fixed-term prisoner.

Any licence granted on release under Chapter 6 of Part 12 of the Criminal Justice Act 2003¹ in respect of a fixed-term prisoner² serving a sentence of imprisonment³ or detention in a young offender institution⁴:

1.  

   (1)     must include the standard conditions⁵;

2.  

   (2)     must include any electronic monitoring conditions required⁶ by order⁷; and

3.  

   (3)     may include any other electronic monitoring, drug testing or polygraph condition⁸, and such other conditions of a kind prescribed by the Secretary of State for these purposes as the Secretary of State may for the time being specify in the licence⁹.
