If the person who applied for an injunction1 thinks that the respondent2 is in breach of any of its provisions3, the person may apply to a judge or justice4 for the issue of a warrant for the respondent's arrest5, and the judge or justice may issue such a warrant if (and only if) he has reasonable grounds for believing that the respondent is in breach of a provision of the injunction
