If the court1 adjourns the hearing of an application for an injunction for the prevention of gang-related violence or drug-dealing activity2 and the respondent3 was notified of the hearing in accordance with rules of court4, the court may grant an interim injunction5 if it thinks that it is just and convenient to do so6. The court may also grant an interim injunction if it thinks that it is necessary to do so where an application without notice is made
