The Parole Board1 must comply with the following provisions2 when making a public protection decision3 about a life prisoner4 if (1) the prisoner's life sentence5 was passed for (a) an offence of taking an indecent photograph of a child6, or (b) a relevant offence of making an indecent pseudo-photograph of a child7; (2) the Parole Board does not know the identity of the child who is the subject of the relevant indecent image8; and (3) the Parole Board believes that the prisoner has information about the identity of the child who is
