The Offensive Weapons Act 2019 Pt 2 (largely not yet in force) makes provision with respect to knife crime prevention orders.
The Secretary of State may from time to time issue guidance relating to the exercise by a relevant person of functions in relation to knife crime prevention orders and interim knife crime prevention orders: Offensive Weapons Act 2019 s 30(1).
