721. Further review.

Until a day to be appointed the Secretary of State1 must, not later than the first anniversary of the determination of a reference by the Parole Board2, refer the person's case to the Board; as from that day, where a case has been referred to a recall adjudicator3 and the person has not been released, the Secretary of State must refer the person's case back to a recall adjudicator no later than the review date4. However, at any time before that anniversary (or, as from the appointed day, the review date), the Secretary of State may refer the case
