Until a day to be appointed the Secretary of State1 must, not later than the first anniversary of the determination of a reference by the Parole Board2, refer the person's case to the Board; as from that day, where a case has been referred to a recall adjudicator3 and the person has not been released, the Secretary of State must refer the person's case back to a recall adjudicator no later than the review date4.
